How many of us would support BJP as against a Regional Party like MPP, although weak for now, this 2017 Manipur Assembly Election? As obviously a regional party like MPP or an Alliance of similar parties, with clean members, can only truly understand the burning issues of the State and the sentiments of its people, unlike a National Party which main aim/focus is to extend and expand their horizons and not necessarily to honestly understand and/or develop a chaotic and a revolutionary state like Manipur as they very much seem to be propagating around nowadays, to the contrary, nearing Election time.

We believe 2017 Election to be a “NOW or NEVER” event in that we all Manipuris will EITHER have a chance to witness a happy- ending to the core ILPS, ST, AFSPA and other State issues OR to help each other in burying ourselves and our near and dear ones in these never-ending sad saga, until we all get suffocated to the last breath!

NB: Congress being out of question due to their continued failures in the State governance and administration in the last 15 years. Albeit no one can deny they still have high chance of winning by their own strategies or by virtue of some of its great members.

IMPHAL CITY

Apart from Thangal Bazaar, now almost 80-90% of the shops along the stretch from Nagamapal Pukhri Achouba to BT Flyover is also being occupied and run by many non-Manipuri shop owners and our Manipuri Emas (mothers) try adjusting themselves on the roadside selling pity items and vegetables (facing the wrath and atrocities of the Traffic Control and City Police from time to time apart from cold and sun!). Can’t anyone of us see this as a CLEAR SIGN and a LIVE EXAMPLE of the outsiders population overriding that of the locals in the area and our lands and business opportunities going into the hands of these all-weather-resistant non-Manipuri traders, leaving us pushed off, indefensible and humiliated in our own land? Just have a glimpse of the said area and you will see the real eye-opening scenario! And we will not know when they will have become the majority in most parts of the Nagamapal area and further into the adjacent Leikais and then further on and on…..If you have already seen or feel this scenario disturbing and/or threatening even in its slightest form, you can support this opinion by using your Votes, and touch wood, we may probably (need to) find a legitimate solution to this serious issue sooner rather than later! Please Vote to help save ourselves from becoming extinct soon – not from the wrath of the mother nature but from the unregulated outside population influx!
