(Events Advertising)

Please read the following terms and conditions before registering an Event for public display and information:

  1. You confirm that you have the appropriate authority to sponsor the relevant Event being advertised on the www.help-yourself.in website and you are responsible for the contents of the Event Ad.
  2. You confirm that the contact information provided on the Event Registration Form is accurate and belongs to you or to the organization you are representing for.
  3. You also confirm that the Event Ad being sponsored is legal and original and does not in any form promote gambling, fraud, scams, pyramid schemes or any other activity amounting to cheating or defrauding any individual or group of individuals or the general public at large.
  4. You confirm that any dispute/claim/complaint arising out of the said Event advertising will be your sole responsibility. help-yourself.in is not responsible for any such claim, dispute or complaint.
  5. Your Event advertisement will be displayed on the www.help-yourself.in website in the following manner and terms:

    • Your event will be recorded for display on payment of the Event Registration Fee. The registration fee per Event is 200 INR only.
    • Your Event will be exhibited both in your relevant WHAM!* category page and on the WHAM! Calendar on the Homepage.
    • By default, the WHAM! Calendar on the Homepage displays a week’s programme and as such, your Event will get automatically visible on the WHAM! Calendar 6 days prior to your event date.
    • Your Event will generally be put on display one day after registration of the Event. However, urgent and prominent displays can be made available at additional cost.
    • Your Event will be made available for display both on the WHAM! Calendar and in the relevant Category page until the date/day of the Event. However, the Event information will be removed from these pages as soon as the Event date is over. This is being done to ensure we show only up-to-date and current WHAM! events on our website.
  1. You can postpone your Event date at a nominal service cost by contacting us personally or on phone at (0) 70855 666 71.
  2. You can also cancel your Event by contacting us. No refund will be made for any type of cancellations.
  3. You have the option to enhance the visibility and publicity of your Event by choosing other available Ad Packages – refer help-yourself.in’s Advertising Schemes & Pricing table for more details.
  4. Certain Event Ads are exhibited for free on www.Help-Yourselfin. In this respect, help-yourself’s decision is final and undisputable.
  5. At any point of time and in case of gross breach of one or more of the above terms by Ad sponsors, the decision of help-yourself.in will be final and binding. Any such infringing Ads will then be removed immediately from the website in the larger interest of the public.
